RETURN
POLICY
Before you return your item(s), you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any returns without an RA number will
not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. A re-stocking fee will be charged on
all non-warranty returns.
WARRANTY
POLICY
Any product issues or failures are the responsibility of the manufacturer in question. Signs & Displays Direct is
a broker, not a manufacturer, and absolves itself of any and all responsibility in regard to manufacturer warranties.
