in our pricing that we include the manufacturer's price for each item, allowing you to compare our price to
what you would pay if you were to purchase direct. We have made special
arrangements with some of the finest signage, display and exhibit manufacturers in the US, which allows us to offer you
exceptional products at prices well below market value. In fact, some of the items we offer are from manufacturers that
will not sell direct to the public.
On-line shopping is not only easy for the consumer; it is more efficient for the seller. Since we have less labor invested
in on-line sales, we believe we should pass along the savings to you- the customer. When you purchase displays on-line at

we firmly believe we are more than able to compete on price.
Quality
At Signs & Displays Direct, we do not offer low-end products.
If you are looking for the cheapest, down and dirty display you can find, you are in the wrong place. We believe that cheapest
is not usually the least expensive and thus only offer products that are a good value. That doesn't mean
you won't find alternatives within each product category, but even the lowest priced items among our offerings are a good
value for the money.
Customer Service
Of the three things you can compete on in business, customer service
is the most important. Price and quality mean nothing if a company does not offer good customer service. Signs and
Displays Direct is not a manufacturer, we are a solutions provider for your needs, which is a fancy way of saying we are a
customer service company.
We have
all been frustrated by customer service people who are supposed to know their product line better than their customers- but
don't. That doesn't happen at Signs & Displays Direct. We will help you select the item that is just what
you need. We won't over sell you and we will guide you away from purchasing something that may not be quite right
for your needs.
